JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a customer service representative/account manager for personal and commercial lines. Our account manager will have great customer service skills, the ability to work well in multiple computer systems at the same time, confidence to help clients through sometimes difficult situations and have a strong motivation to grow themselves in their career but also in their lives. INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage incoming calls from existing customers and potential new clients Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Identify needs and explain coverages to clients, allowing them to choose the best options for their needs and budget Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies SKILLS Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 50+ WPM typing speed preferred At least 1 year in the insurance industry High school degree Job Type: Full-time BENEFITS Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Monthly growth bonus opportunities Monthly retention bonus opportunities Commission structure Paid time off
