Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, in-person and telehealth crisis intervention to assess the need for inpatient psychiatric care.
• Serve as a critical responder to crisis calls, working with referral sources like the NorthCare Crisis Line, First Responder IPAD, and 988 dispatch.
• Foster a trauma-informed, wellness-focused culture while providing welcoming and accessible services.
• Coordinate legal interventions, referrals, and outreach to ensure continuity of care for those in crisis.
• Document all services and follow-ups in a timely manner, maintaining thorough communication with both clients and leadership.
• Participate in regular supervision, meetings, and required training sessions to continually enhance skills.
• Respond to crisis situations during holidays as part of a supportive team dedicated to client safety and well-being.
