Lunchtime Learning: Visualizing Your Future

Visualizing Your Future: Vision Boards and the Science of Effective Goal Setting | November 7, 11:30am - 1pm
Presenter: Lorinda Schrammel
Bored with the traditional SMART goal-setting framework? Learn how letting go of an acronym and embracing a vision board can give you a new way to focus on your future. Vision boards aren't new, but some of the science behind them is. In addition to providing a visual tool to guide your goal setting, vision boards are a psychological tool that can help clarify what you want for your future and discern exactly how to get there. During this session, facilitator Lorinda Schrammel will dive deep into what vision boards are, discuss why they are an effective way to plan your future, and offer tips on how to incorporate them into your goal-setting processes.
